The "Super" Jig
This rather ugly looking thing is our jig and all those holes although they look a mess are actually the bolt holes for all the
commercially avaiable designs of different chainring sizes. A closeup of
our jig show that deatail alot better.

Finished Jig
This is the jig after machining and all the prep work has been finished. We have bolted another brand of chainring onto
the jig so you can see what we are talking about in terms of the different settings-the position of that chainring is for 130mm
pcd which is quite a common size for road bikes.

Custom Sized Clamps
Part of the overall design of the "super" jig is these custom washers which clamp the piece of material down that is going to be
machined into a chainring. These have been custom sized for each and every pitch circle diameter that
we have machined on the jig. These started out life from 8mm plate as this is the most cost efficient way to get the range
of sizes.
