Once the bolt holes have been generated then we bolt through our specifically machined bolts to hold the chainring in place.....straight after this the teeth are generated using a roughing cutter that leaves enough aluminium (the thickness of paper) on the tooth so that the finishing cutter has minimal material to remove so that it produces our tooth profile.....which in a word is perfect.
